I’m Shelley Robbins, M.A., CCC-SLP, and I joined SongBird in 2025 as a speech-language pathologist. I received a B.S. degree in Communication Disorders from Eastern Kentucky University and an M.A. degree from Louisiana Tech University. Prior to joining SongBird, I worked in various private practices, including pediatric and adult outpatient rehabilitation, as well as school-based therapy.
My therapy is centered around a combined play-based intervention, naturalistic learning, and therapist-guided activities. I enjoy supporting children with a variety of needs and encourage parents to support therapeutic activities to facilitate generalization skills across settings.
During my free time, I enjoy spending time with family, traveling, volunteering, doing ministry work, and watching college sports!
